Are you keeping up with the Joneses?
For those not familiar with my slang, it means are you staying on top of the latest and greatest changes in business and the world.
First of all,
We need to stop that question.
Being a father of 2 young ones, I see human nature at its core. And one of those traits is constantly comparing ourselves to others. Me vs you. Us vs them.
We need to slow down.
Not just words, but actions.
Here’s an example of my doing just that
Teaching my kids daily (week days) 3pm to 5pm.
And not just for your family, but also those in your close business circle and network. Reach out to them, strengthen those relationships.
